How to recover data from Memory Card?

Step 1 :

Select the disk from the left panel from which you want to recover data from the list of available Logical or Physical Drives in the left panel. If you want to recover data from "Logical Drive", then select Logical Drive option as shown  in [This Screen] Select the "Logical Drives" from which you want to recover lost files, as shown in the above figure.
If you want to recover data from "Physical Drives", select Physical drives.
Then select the "Physical hard disk media" from which you want to recover lost data.

Click Next button to continue.

Note: Click ‘Refresh List’ to see the updated status of all connected Memory Card to your PC.

Step 2 :

DDR - Memory Card Recovery searches lost data in the "entire storage of selected disk", "within a specific sector range" or "in specific partition".
If you want to search lost pictures in "entire storage of disk”, select the disk from which you want to recover data.
If you want to search lost files “within a specific sector range", then drag Left and Right edges of Slider to enter sector range or you can also enter these values in ‘Start Sector’ and ‘End Sector’ fields manually as shown in [This Screen]
If you want to search lost data in a "specific partition of disk", Select the partition from which you want to recover data.
Now click on the  Next button.
Now "Browse" the path where recovered data will be saved by DDR- Memory Card Recovery as shown in [This Screen] Click Next button to start searching data or else Click Previous button to go back to previous step.

Note:- If the partition from which you want to recover your details is not in the list, click on 'Search More Partitions' button to search other Lost or Deleted Partitions.

Step 3:

[This Screen] shows Search based on DDR General Recovery Procedure.
Once after Searching of files in specified disk sectors range is completed using ‘DDR General Recovery Procedure’ then automatically searching of files is performed using ‘DDR Thorough Scanning Algorithm’ if you have enabled ‘DDR Thorough Scanning Algorithm’ search, where you select Searching Criteria before launching the scanning for recovery.

[This Screen] shows Search based on DDR Thorough Recovery Procedure. Among recovered thumbnails, if you do not find the preview of files that you were trying to recover, please use any of the following methods to recover your data:

1. Please make sure that you have also enabled the ‘DDR Thorough Scanning Algorithm’ search on the software screen, where you select Searching Criteria before launching the scanning for recovery.

2. Please allow every process to be completed up to 100 percent. Make sure that your storage media is connected to your computer properly and you have sufficient user access privileges of your computer to run Software on it.
Note:
To Stop recovery click on 'Stop' Button or please wait for the process to be completed.

Step 4:

Once completing the searching process, the recovered files is displayed as shown in [This Screen] To view the recovered Data, please click on ‘Open Containing Folder’. Or Click on Previous button to select another disk for recovery.

Step 5:

On Clicking ‘Open Containing Folder', [This Screen] appears

Click on ‘General' folder to view the recovered files using DDR General Recovery Procedure.

Click on ‘Omitted’ folder to view the omitted recovered files (using DDR Thorough Scanning Algorithm).
